Toyo Drift Malaysia Series Round 2
Venue: Bukit Jalil Carpark
Date: 9-10 Aug 2008
Time: 10:00am-4:30pm (Saturday, Sunday)
Spectators' Charges: 10
Competitor Registration fee: Rm 200
Event Timetable:
friday
10.00am-1.00pm:drivers registration and car scutineering
1.00pm-2pm:friday prayer
3.00pm-7.00pm:open practice
7.00pm:track close
saturday
8.00am-9.30am:drivers registration and car scutineering
9.00am-10.00pm:drivers briefing
10.00am-1.30pm:open practice
1.30pm-2.00pm:lunch break\drivers briefing for qualifying
2.00pm-5.00pm; qualifying for best 32
5.00pm:underbone track set up

8.00am-10.00am:open practice
10.00am-10.30am:driver briefing for tsuiso best 32/lunch break
10.30am-1.30.pm:best32 tsuiso
2.00pm-3.00:vip arrival, best 16 parade, vip speech and launching ceremony
3.00pm-4.30pm:best 16 tsuiso run
4.30pm-5.00pm:prize ceremony and closing
5.00pm:underbone setup
Prizes:
1st : 3,000
2nd : 2,000
3rd : 1,000
Competition Grouping / Format
- Depending on number of participants, drifters will be divided to different groupings for practice & qualifying
- Qualifying: 3 Judged runs will be given
- Best 16: After qualifying, drifter will be placed into tandem battle (Tsuiso Battle) elimination round, winners will progress to subsequent tandem battle until the last two to battle it out in the finals.
- Judges decision is final. No protest will be entertained.
Important!
- Helmets , shoes and long pants are compulsory
- 6 Point rollcage & racing suit are compulsory (Nomax Suit recommended)
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times, drivers will be disqualified if found unbelted
- Brake lights must be working
- 4-point safety harness are recommended
- All drivers and competitors are compulsory to attend the drivers briefing

- Windscreen (Toyo D event sticker)
- 2 x Door Number (sponsor & competition number)

rollcage and suit compulsary...
that will reduce the numbers of participant i guess
but we dont want to take risk la since the previous session got terbalik and burning cars wor...

| recommended to have FIA or at least single layer nomax, but karting suit would have to do. |

this event is not a drift competition only...
we r doing this event inconjunction with pica media
it's a huge event name as Life Speed Carnival with drift comp, 4x4comp, autushow, gokart, pocket bike, dirt bike, drag, motor sprint etc etc
we only take ak minimum rm5-10 for spectators charges |
